Fines and Court Costs
The Court Clerk's Office handles the payment of fines and court costs within Comanche County. You may pay in-person, by mail, or online in some cases. Below you will find instructions on how to pay your fine or court cost:
You may pay in-person at the Criminal Office located at 315 SW 5th Street, Suite 504, Lawton, OK 73501. They accept cash, money order, cashier's check, credit card or debit card (personal checks are not accepted).
Payments by Mail
If you are paying by mail, do not send cash or debit/credit card information. Pay with a money order or cashier's check (personal checks are not accepted).

2. Write a letter that includes the full name, and/or case number.
3. If you would like a receipt, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE).
4. Mail the fee, letter and SASE to:
Felonies, Misdemeanors, Traffic, and Wildlife (CF, CM, TR and WL) are the only cases you may make an e-payment on. Further limitations include cases where all counts in the case have been fully disposed after January 1, 2005. E-payments can only be made one case at a time. The case must have an outstanding balance due. Cases with a disposition date prior to January 1, 2005 cannot be paid through e-payments.
